When you file your nails. You do it from the corner to the middle. You make sure the file to use only by you. Or you use a new file. You need to cut your nails at least once a week. You need to try to keep the nails no longer than a quarter of an inch. This will prevent the brake of the nail. When you trim your nails. You need to file the nail to keep them smooth. When you buff your nails to get the ridges out. The buffing needs to be gentle and not too much buffing. Too much buffing makes the nail break easier.

Ways To Keep The Nails Healthy.

1 You need to wear gloves with your house's work.

2 When you lift items. You need to make sure. The nails are safe.

3 If you cut your nails with your teeth. You need to stop eating your nails.

3 You can add plastic or art nails to your own nails. While they are growing.

When you removed the nail polish from your nails. You need to hold the cotton ball and add nail polish remover from the bottle. Apply the cotton ball on the nail and keep the cotton ball on the nail until the nail polish come out with a gentle sliding.
